NITWOG is strongly committed to achieving equality between women and men. Women make up more than 50 %of population in Nepal but, in adventure tourism industry very few percent of women workers are involved. Around 20% of women workers are NITWOG members. NITWOG works to promote women’s rights and equality in workplace between women and workers in Nepalese tourism industry and society in general.
