• Young members are the lifeblood of the trade union movement; they are the trade union leaders of the future.
• Young members of trade unions need to intensify their efforts to integrate into the trade unions, including them into decision-making skills.
• Young members are communicating and systematically promoting int’l trade union solidarity and to support and encourage more young people to participate actively in trade unions.
